Frequently asked questions

How do I earn LOTO? Watch ad videos in the Video tab. Each view grants shards which automatically convert to LOTO once they reach the threshold.

How do I buy a lottery ticket? Open the Lottery section, choose a ticket and confirm the purchase — the cost is deducted from your LOTO balance.

Confirmation code didn't arrive. Check your Spam folder. If the code is missing after 5 minutes, try again. One email — one attempt per 60 seconds.

How do I delete my account? Email us — we'll process the request manually within 7 days.
