Frequently asked questions

How do I earn Lotoken? Watch ad videos in the Video tab. Each view grants shards which automatically convert to Lotoken once they reach the threshold.

How do I buy a lottery ticket? Tap your Lotoken balance on the Home screen to open the lottery, choose a ticket and confirm the purchase — the cost is deducted from your Lotoken balance.

Confirmation code didn't arrive. Check your Spam folder. If the code is missing after 5 minutes, try again. One email — one attempt per 60 seconds.

How do I delete my account? Open Settings and choose “Delete account”. The account is deleted after 30 days; until then you can cancel via the link we email you.
