This is a preliminary user agreement for the LotoFriend closed beta test. Before public launch, the terms will be updated and reviewed by legal counsel.

1. Acceptance of terms

Registering in LotoFriend means accepting these terms. If you don't agree — please do not use the service.

2. Closed beta

The service is provided "as is" as part of testing. Outages, data loss, and Lotoken balance resets are possible during development. We will notify you in advance of any reset if required.

3. Account

• One email — one account.
• Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to temporarily block accounts on suspicion of fraud (multi-accounting, view inflation).

4. In-app currency (Lotoken)

Lotoken is in-game currency. Lotoken has no monetary value outside the service, is not exchangeable for fiat money, and is non-refundable. Balances may be adjusted if violations are detected.

5. Lottery and prizes

Draws are held as part of the beta test. Real cash prizes and the conditions of their payout will be determined after legal review. Current prizes in beta are symbolic.

6. Prohibited behavior

• View inflation, bots, and automation.
• Insults, harassment, and spam in comments/chat.
• Hacking attempts, DDoS, rate-limit bypass.

7. Termination of access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service unilaterally upon violation of the terms, without refund of any funds or accruals.
